Message coupled with your already less restrictive intake) will allow you to rev a little easier, and make boosting higher than stock safer (since it reduces the likelihood of detonation). All the boost jets do is restrict airflow to the wastegate actuators. You may gain a negligible bit of boost from a freer breathing exhaust, simply because you'll build pressure a tiny bit quicker. But the boost pressure is dependent on the size of the holes in your jets.
